Cancellation Policy
1. Session Fees All session fees are non-refundable and required to secure your booking. If you need to reschedule, your fee may be transferred to a new date with at least 48 hours’ notice. Special consideration is given for maternity and newborn sessions due to their time-sensitive nature. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are not eligible for refund. • In the event of illness, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances, sessions may be rescheduled at no additional cost. • If I am unable to fulfill the session due to emergency or equipment failure, a full refund or reschedule will be offered. 3. Images & Prints Due to the custom nature of photography: • All sales of prints, albums, and products are final. • Refunds will not be issued for dissatisfaction with image style, poses, or expressions. Clients are encouraged to communicate preferences during the session. • If an incorrect image or product is delivered, I will gladly correct the error at no additional cost. 4. Custom Products Albums, photo books, and other custom-designed items are non-refundable once approved and ordered. I work closely with clients to ensure satisfaction before finalizing any design. 5. Client Satisfaction I strive to deliver portraits that meet the highest standards. If you have concerns about your final gallery, please reach out within 7 days of delivery so we can discuss a resolution.
